Evaluation
Pre-program survey
I would begin measuring the impact of the training before the school year begins by using an online survey to determine confidence levels and technological preferences of each teacher/administrator.
Mid year evaluation
The teachers are also given a mid-year evaluation of the program in December.
1. What differences have you seen in quantity or quality of the assistance you have offered under this plan?
2. Have you benefited by this implementation? If so, How? If not, Why do you think there have been no benefits?
3. What was the hardest obstacle to overcome during this implementation?
4. How has the implementation of the ITG instead of previous plans affect your coaching?
5. How has the district staff been the most helpful in this implementation? What other help would benefit you?
6. Have your teachers benefited from this implementation? If so, How? If not, why do you think there have not been benefits?
7. What are some changes that you would like to see for next year?

Post Year reflection survey
At the end of the year, a reflection survey will be given to teachers and the data from both the pre and post surveys will reflect on whether teachers confidence with technology and classroom technology integration had increased and identify any improvements and/or issues that need to be addressed.
TIS Action plan
Through an Action Plan developed by the technology integration specialist, documentation of observations and trainings would also be readily available to analyze and use to measure the impact of the program. After the initial pre-year teacher survey, the technology integration specialist would use face-to-face conferences with individual teachers to establish their individualized technology professional goal for the year and put in action a plan and timeline for reaching that goal factoring in each teacher's professional development preferences. This plan is then reevaluated in December by the technology integration specialist and teacher. All of the above resources will be organized and compiled to evaluate the program effectiveness and determine whether teachers are experiencing the shift from using technology to integrating and innovating with technology to develop 21st century skills in students.
Student survey and assessment data
Student pre and post surveys and standardized test data could also evaluate the effect of the teacher's technology training on student performance and attitudes towards learning.
